I am Alice \u2013 a lifelong student, teacher, and creator of my own life.\u00a0

<\/span>My university studies took me from the safety and tranquillity of a rural area to the bustling energy of a large city, filled with adventure, excitement, and all the freedoms a young adult could desire.\u00a0

<\/span>My academic pursuits have dominated much of my time; 21 years of study culminated in 2016 with the defence of my doctoral thesis. Subsequently, I began to share my knowledge with young students, serving as a lecturer and researcher in plant-based food at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. Gradually, however, a sense of dissatisfaction emerged\u2014a profound realisation that this phase of my life was drawing to a close. I felt that I was not fully utilising my potential where it was truly necessary. I felt that I was on the wrong path.

<\/span>I have always appeared content and ordinary, yet internally, I’ve been rebellious and an \u201dindependent thinker.\u201d To me, higher powers have always existed under various names at different stages of my life\u2014whether God, the Universe, or the Unified Field\u2014the fundamental idea and knowledge behind them has always been the same energy.

<\/span>As my spiritual development accelerated, it manifested in my physical body as chronic imbalance. Within two years, I reached a point where I struggled to cope with my physical symptoms, and any new sensation could trigger a panic attack. I knew I had to make changes to regain my quality of life. I realised that purely physical support methods were insufficient. I needed something that would create space for mental healing, bringing me out of the constant ‘fight or flight’ mode. It became clear that I could no longer avoid introspection. In search of solutions, I spent a year as a personal assistant to a globally renowned spiritual teacher, which brought me much closer to my life’s path. I underwent countless powerful guided meditations. Yet, this was not enough. I needed something that would bring clarity and space to my turbulent thoughts.

<\/span>My search for bioresonance therapy led me to MER Biofeedback\u00ae therapy, which resonated with me immediately\u2014it drew me in like a magnet. I booked a session and, as a result of the first therapy, was freed from panic disorders. Even when anxiety attempted to resurface, the panic simply did not trigger. This experience ignited a passion and desire in me to support others through this method. I felt strongly that I had reached a place where I could fully realise my potential. After the third session, I inquired about training as a MER Biofeedback\u00ae therapist and, to my surprise, discovered that Lifekeskus would have offered me this opportunity had I not asked for it! This was a definitive confirmation that I had reached the destination I had long been journeying towards.

<\/span>I am deeply convinced that through providing MER Biofeedback\u00ae therapy, I can significantly improve the quality of life for numerous clients and deliver substantial value. I have found a community of people who speak the same language as me. I hope for everyone to find their true place, and I am ready to contribute to this journey as a therapist, helping to neutralize limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that hold us back. A single healthy and content individual can uplift the spirits of 70 others whose light has dimmed\u2014this is a powerful testament to the importance of every healing journey! Together, we can build a healthier present and a brighter future.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
